Morgan is a seasoned and holistic social impact professional that blends experience in Measurement, Evaluation, Learning & Strategy to help companies balance their business bottom lines with their mission goals. With a career spanning corporate, tech, non-profit and policy sectors, Morgan understands how vital it is for businesses to integrate their impact. Morgan served as Director of Impact Management & Reporting at Salesforce, and as Director of Impact & Learning at the Mission Economic Development Agency. Currently, Morgan is principle and founder of Raya Cooper Impact Consulting, and supporting Pledge 1% as a Social Impact Measurement & Benchmarking consultant. She is an active member of the American Evaluation Association, where she sits in a leadership position in the Social Impact Measurement group, and facilitates a Community of Practice for folks doing Impact Measurement, Management & Reporting in the Corporate Sector.
Lacey Gaitan is the Vice President of Content and Learning at ACCP. In this role, Lacey is responsible for the learning opportunities and resources available to the ACCP community, designed to help corporate social impact professionals gain new insights, grow their professional skills, and advance the effectiveness of their company’s social impact efforts. Prior to joining ACCP, Lacey served the Taco Bell Foundation where she helped launch Round Up, an in-restaurant fundraising initiative, and led marketing & communication efforts. Lacey has more than 15 years of experience serving in various CSR roles, including time guiding community impact efforts for Cox Communications and the Disneyland Resort. A native of Southern California, Lacey received her BA in Spanish from UC Irvine, an MPA from Brandman University, a Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement from BCCCC, and a Sustainable Capitalism & ESG Certificate form UC Berkeley.
Mariana has been in between, as she says -- dancing -- between the profit and non-profit worlds throughout her career. She is currently the Social Impact and Sustainability Program Manager at Justworks where she leads the development and management of their Justworks.org initiative and ESG reporting strategy and framework. Her main focus is on helping organizations live their values, connect to their communities, and contribute to building a better world, through individual actions. Her fuel is her belief in the power that we, as people, have to create change. She loves solving problems, opening doors, and connecting the dots as she helps others in their process of finding their voice and realizing their potential.
